Tarek Ghazzaoui, Eng.

    Tarek is a building engineer with experience in Design Technology since 2010. He is passionate about helping AEC firms manage change and leverage the use of technology and computational design to improve organizational cultures, tackle complex workflows and overcome challenging designs. Tarek worked with and managed interdisciplinary BIM teams up to 70+ members on major construction projects in Canada, ranging from $200M to $2.2B, including airports, hospitals, sports complexes, factories as well as residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. He is a professional member of OIQ, ASHRAE and PMI, and speaks several languages (fluent in English, French and Arabic, intermediate in Russian and beginner in Mandarin Chinese).

    Chance Heath

    Chance is an architect and a graduate from the The University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Michigan. He is a graphics, systems and spaces designer, and he enjoys using architecture as a means to connect an experience to a place. He appreciates the array of technologies currently available to assist with design, but understands that ultimately it is the people, and not the tools, which define that design. He prefers breadth over specificity but relishes in minutia. To put it in his own perspective, Chance loves solving problems in extraordinary ways with awesome people.

    Kristine Day

    Kristine has experience since 2013 recruiting in the architecture, engineering, and design sectors. Prior to her specialization in the design industry, she recruited in the competitive technology sector and the sports management sector. Kristine has also worked as a Career Coach for several years, working with people to create compelling resumes, develop interviewing skills, and define career paths. She is passionate about finding people the right opportunities to have a fulfilling and successful career.
